Alison Loehnis was appointed ad interim CEO of YOOX NET-A-PORTER in 2022.
Alison joined NET-A-PORTER in 2007 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, before becoming President of NET-A-PORTER in 2011. In 2015, she became President of NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER and THE OUTNET. Throughout her 15-year tenure, Alison has played a fundamental role in driving customer engagement and international and product category expansion, such as the launch of beauty. Alison has also pioneered initiatives such as The Vanguard, NET-A-PORTER’s mentorship programme, and NET SUSTAIN, the online store’s curated platform for more sustainable luxury.
Previously, Alison has worked for Saatchi & Saatchi, Hachette Filipacchi Magazines, The Walt Disney Company, and the LVMH Group. Alison is a graduate of Brown University (US).

Paola Agasso joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors.
Paola focuses on driving strategies, delivering innovative solutions and developing talented teams. With over 25 years’ experience across a variety of businesses, industries and geographies, primarily in consultancy and major multinational groups, Paola brings her finance specialism with a strong strategic and business acumen.
Having begun her career in consulting at Accenture, Paola led complex programmes reshaping the business and operating models of major international groups. From 2006, she held roles of increasing responsibility at British American Tobacco, leading finance strategies and operations at market and regional level across Europe. Prior to joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Paola held senior roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Head of Finance and Acting General Manager for Italy and Regional Head of Strategy and Operations for Europe, Canada and Japan, based in the US.
Paola graduated from the University of Turin (Italy) with a degree in Economics & Business Administration.

Matt Lindsey joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER in 2021 as Chief Product Officer.
Matt leads the Product team in accelerating the maturity of the business’ front-end capabilities and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty across the online stores.
Before joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Matt was Vice President of Digital Product at Burberry, where he returned the digital channel business to profitability by transforming the Digital Product team and ways of working across the digital organisation.
Prior to Burberry, Matt had over 16 years of experience leading customer-facing and business platform technology for mono and multi-brand companies across web, applications, virtual and augmented technology, and platform systems. Beginning as an engineer, he navigated into Business Analysis and Project Management roles before moving into the leadership of Product teams and supporting business growth. Matt graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology (US) with a degree in Computer Science.

Paolo Mascio was appointed Chief Strategy Officer, Off-price, in 2023. Paolo is responsible for supporting YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s off-price businesses, THE OUTNET and YOOX, enhancing their short-term strategies and pivoting their strategic evolution.
Having joined in 2009 as Director, Online Flagship Stores, Paolo has since held various positions including Strategic Marketing Director; President, Online Flagship Stores; President, Fashion Division, which included THE OUTNET and YOOX; and Chief Regional Officer.
Prior to joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Paolo worked at Mandarina Duck, first as Marketing & Communications Director and later as International Retail Director. Previously, he held positions at L’Espresso Group as Marketing Director of the radio business, and in the marketing departments at Kraft and Coca-Cola. He is a graduate of Università Bocconi (Italy).

Francesca Tranquilli was appointed President of YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s Online Flagship Stores (OFS) in 2018.
Francesca is responsible for the design and delivery of the mono-brand online stores powered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER for some of the world’s leading luxury brands.
Francesca began her professional career at Bain & Company in 2003, where she worked between the Milan and London offices until 2009. In 2010, Francesca joined one of the online stores, YOOX, where she held various roles including Head of Special Projects and Branding & Communication Manager. Francesca was promoted to Strategic Marketing & Business Development Director for OFS in 2016 and was made Deputy President of the division in 2018. Francesca holds a degree in Business Administration & Commercial Law from Università Bocconi (Italy).

Paolo Inga was appointed YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s Global Human Resources Director in 2019.
Paolo’s role focuses on a renewed approach to supporting the business via its people strategy during an intense period of organisational change.
Prior to joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Paolo spent 11 years at Vodafone, where his roles included HR Leader for Vodafone Shared Services, growing the team to 24,000 people across Hungary, Romania, India and Egypt. Previously, Paolo held several key roles at leading international organisations, including Barilla and Johnson & Johnson. Paolo graduated from Università Bocconi (Italy) with a degree in Business Administration and specialisation in Human Resources.

Pete Marsden joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER as Chief Technology Officer in 2019.
Responsible for pioneering the business’ technology programme and delivering key technology milestones, Pete focuses particularly on mobile, personalisation and AI to enrich the customer experience.
Pete has 25 years of experience in managing large technology divisions for several FTSE 100 companies across online retail, mobile telecoms and financial services. Prior to joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Pete was Digital Chief Technology Officer at Aviva and previously held top technology positions at House of Fraser and ASOS, where he launched the business in China and Russia. Prior to gaining his wealth of experience, Pete graduated from The University of Huddersfield (UK) with a degree in Computing in Business.

Mirko Nobili joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER as Global Operations Director in 2020.
Mirko leads the Operations team, overseeing Distribution and Digital Production for NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, THE OUTNET, YOOX and the Online Flagship Stores. He is responsible for executing and aligning the business’ global operations strategy, as well as overseeing customer service.
For Mirko, his strong knowledge of logistics, customer focus and structured approach has been built through challenging roles at a range of companies including Nestlé Italiana and Lactalis Group. Mirko’s extensive supply chain experience is most recently evident from his time at Burberry, where he spent seven years in successive roles as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Beauty and Transformation respectively, before lastly becoming Vice President of Global Customer Fulfilment. Mirko graduated from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) with a degree in Engineering.

Marc-Oliver Schmiedle joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER as Chief Growth Officer in 2021.
Since joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Marc-Oliver has led the Growth department in driving the business’ customer retention and acquisition strategy. It includes all Digital Marketing and CRM channels as well as YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s Data and Analytics & Insights departments for the four online stores.
Previously, Marc-Oliver was Director of e-Marketing and SEO at Expedia and brings 15 years of experience in digital platforms and multi-brand environments, having previously also worked at Orbitz and ebookers. Marc-Oliver graduated successively from Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain) and University of Applied Sciences Augsburg (Germany).

Valentina Visconti Prasca joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER as Managing Director of YOOX in 2021.
Valentina leads the YOOX team across all departments including marketing, communications, buying, merchandising, retail and 8 by YOOX, the online store’s private label. She is leading the business transformation toward the hybrid model 1P/3P thanks to the launch of YOOX Marketplace in 2021.
Following a five-year career at Bain & Company and almost 10 years in the digital fashion industry at Privalia and Veepee (then known as vente-privee) as Country Manager, Valentina was most recently Business Development Director at a publishing company and Co-Founder and Managing Director of a subscription business start-up. Valentina graduated from Università Bocconi (Italy) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Consulting.
