Debut of YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP at Milan Stock Exchange

5 October 2015 marks the foundation and debut at Milan Stock Exchange of the newly formed YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. “I’ve been thinking of this merger for the past six years, because the rationale behind it is irrefutable,” Federico Marchetti said earlier in the day after ringing the bell at the Milan Stock Exchange during a ceremony to mark the first day of trading in the company, whose stock symbol is YNAP. The stately Milanese building was tied up with a large-scale black bow, “packaged” for the occasion. The event has seen the participation of important guests from finance, press and fashion, among them Laudomia Pucci, Renzo Rosso, Lapo Elkann, Oscar Farinetti and many others.
