Chief Product Officer
Matt joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP in 2021 as Chief Product Officer.
Matt leads the Product team to accelerate the maturity of the Group’s front-end capabilities and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty across all stores.
Matt joined the Group from Burberry where, as Vice President of Digital Product, he returned the Digital Channel business to profitability by transforming the Digital Product team and ways of working across the Digital organisation.
Prior to Burberry, Matt had over 16 years of experience leading customer-facing and business platform Technology for mono and multi-brand companies across Web, App, Virtual/Augmented Tech, and Platform systems. Beginning as an Engineer, he navigated into Business Analysis and Project Management roles before finally moving into leadership of Product teams and helping to grow businesses.
