INSPIRATION

Da Vinci in the detail

The concealed buttons on this formal shirt designed by Giulia are an interpretation of the technical studies of Leonardo da Vinci.

DATA-DRIVEN DESIGN

Data in design

The white colour was chosen as a response to the data- driven design approach used in the collection, where the YOOX NET-A-PORTER data revealed the classic white shirt to be a long-term customer preference.

Crafted in the UK

PRODUCTION

Handmade at Dumfries House

This shirt has been made by hand at Dumfries House by Graeme, Jillian, Nicole and Tracey from 100% GOTS- certified organic cotton from Canclini in Italy. Not only is the material used organic and natural, but also single- fibred, so while it has been designed to last and be re-loved for years to come, it can also be easily re-made and recycled at the end of its life cycle.

  • Steam or iron, using a warm iron (not hot) and a cloth on top of the shirt.
  • Place a Fragrance Bag on the hanger with the shirt to naturally deter moths.
