Also for this edition, the research made by the Top Employers Institute focused on the work conditions, through strict and specific valuation criteria, such as the implementation of consistent personnel management policies, corporate culture, benefits available, initiatives towards the employees, as well as the opportunities of growing and developing career. After validating the results and conducting an external audit, in order to ensure impartiality and validity, the performance marks are evaluated according to an international standard.
