YNAP ranks first among the fashion & luxury companies, and 8th overall, in the first edition of the .trust Lundquist ranking, which evaluates corporations’ digital communications.
The research took into consideration the 81 largest companies in Italy, based on their revenues, number of employees and image of the brand. Lundquist, the international strategic communications consultancy, then analyzed the website and social media channels of these companies, evaluating their digital communication strengths on two main pillars:
- Substance: evaluating the company’s transparency with its stakeholders and if it presents the most important information in a clear and concrete way;
- Distinctiveness: how the company presents its content, and if it’s able to create an efficient narrative, to engage its users and stakeholders.
