YNAP obtains the renowned certification for the fifth consecutive year, as a demonstration of its commitment to the management and development of its talents
YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP (YNAP), the world’s leading online luxury fashion retailer, obtains the Top Employers Italy certification also for 2019. The Group has been rewarded for the strong commitment placed every day in the enhancement and management of its employees, with the aim of ensuring their growth in the professional field.
The global YNAP team consists of over 5000 people who work passionately in 10 offices around the world, of 96 different nationalities and of which two thirds are women.
The Top Employers certification is awarded each year by the Top Employers Institute, an independent organization at an international level, which certifies the quality standards of the main companies in the world in terms of human resources. Through a questionnaire and then an external audit, to ensure the accuracy of the information and data, the research focuses on the analysis of the working conditions offered to employees, the training and development policies disseminated at all company levels and human resources management strategies.
