YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP has been recognized once again as one of the Top Employers Italy for 2020.

The Top Employers Italy certification is awarded every year by the Top Employers Institute, a global independent organization assessing human resources quality standards across a number of companies around the world. The results are established using a questionnaire and an external audit looking at employees working conditions, training and development policies and human resources management strategies.
