NET-A-PORTER has been ranked first in the “Stella Services Index 2015” at the Stella Service Elite Awards for the excellence of their customer service. The e-tailer achieved the highest score overall and excelled in “phone”, where they coupled speed to answer with consistent, high quality interactions, and “returns”, where they provided easy and quick returns with prepaid labels for every package.
The Stella Service Elite Awards recognize retailers for their customer service across the different categories such as phone, e-mail, chat, shipping and returns and are granted following a high level of analysis of thousands of customer service data points collected throughout the year.
The awards are organized by Stella Service, a New York based company, which collects insights in order to achieve macro and micro performance indicators across service operations, to improve their clients customer services.
